1. Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders. 

2. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of four.

3. Hold that breath gently for a count of four.

4. Exhale through your mouth for a count of six.

5. Repeat three times, noticing how your body feels a little calmer with each round.
